Use these notices when communicating images or textual material online under Part IVA Division 4
Warning notice for the type-in version
Attach to the PDF of reading, article etc. The following notice should be used to type in the bibliographic details, rather than handwritten information. It is much easier for students to refer to typed details for their own referencing. Save as a PDF file, and insert into the PDF of the reading, article, etc. using a PDF editor such as Adobe Acrobat. If you do not have this program see your faculty admin staff person.
Part VB warning notice for scanned documents
Use the following notice for a journal article, reading, etc. when all bibliographic details are clearly shown on the front page. In that case you do not need to retype them into the copyright notice.
Part VB warning notice for PowerPoint
Attach this image as the first slide of the Power Point. When image opens in a new window: Right mouse click on the image, and Save Image as....... which will download and save it to your selected folder.
