Copyright: Tertiary Music Copyright Agreement

Under this licence, staff and students of Tabor are only able to do the following:

1. Make audio recordings of AMCOS works and ARIA sound recordings in any format for the purpose of instruction or research provided the audio recordings are:

• of a College event
• made for the purpose of being performed at a College event, or
• made for the purpose of analysis by staff and students as part of a course of instruction

2. Make video recordings of AMCOS works and ARIA sound recordings in a format for the purpose of instruction or research provided the video recordings are:

• of a College event
• made by relevant staff or students as part of a course of instruction and are only performed at a College event

3. Make video recordings of AMCOS works and ARIA sound recordings performed at college events for the purpose of instruction or research only for the relevant staff and students' own private and domestic use

In line with licence requirements, notices must be displayed in relation to the use of all Audio and Video Recordings and Copies of Audio and Video Recordings.
